Doga Thermal Health & Spa Hotel Pamukkale, Pamukkale

I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and pleasantly spacious, with a great big bathroom. The service was friendly, professional, and very helpful overall. The location was convenient, right next to the center of the village, though a bit lacking in external views. The dining experience offered an incredible assortment of fresh and delicious food. The facilities were well-maintained, offering a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

The hotel is not as pink as shown on the website, but the king and queen rooms are beautifully furnished. However, some areas, like the mouldy bathroom and lifting floors, are showing signs of wear and tear that were not initially apparent during the booking process.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel. The rooms were really good, complete with bath tubs, but could have used better lighting. It was a pleasant surprise to find thermal water in the room. The service was a bit hit or miss, with some misleading information but redeemed by exceptional service during meals, especially thanks to Mr Yildikay. The location was perfect for exploring Hierapolis and Pamukkale, although a bit hard to find. The dining experience was a delight with food presented like art. The facilities were top-notch, offering a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
