I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and pleasantly spacious, with a great big bathroom. The service was friendly, professional, and very helpful overall. The location was convenient, right next to the center of the village, though a bit lacking in external views. The dining experience offered an incredible assortment of fresh and delicious food. The facilities were well-maintained, offering a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

The hotel is not as pink as shown on the website, but the king and queen rooms are beautifully furnished. However, some areas, like the mouldy bathroom and lifting floors, are showing signs of wear and tear that were not initially apparent during the booking process.
Rooms

The rooms are not as vibrant as the website portrays, but the furnished king and queen rooms have a charming appeal. Unfortunately, the tired aspects like the mouldy bathroom and lifting floors were a downside.

The staff, apart from the restaurant team more focused on coach tours, were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mahmut for organizing transfers and providing insightful information about the area.

The hotel is right next to the village center, offering great convenience, although the size may be larger than ideal. The area lacks views, but it's close to major tourist attractions.
Dining

The dining options were not very appealing, with bland and tasteless choices. The variety was decent but closed earlier than desired. However, the provision of cookies and pastries with hot drinks was a nice touch.

The facilities were adequate, but may benefit from some upgrades, notably in the dining area to improve the dining experience.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel. The rooms were really good, complete with bath tubs, but could have used better lighting. It was a pleasant surprise to find thermal water in the room. The service was a bit hit or miss, with some misleading information but redeemed by exceptional service during meals, especially thanks to Mr Yildikay. The location was perfect for exploring Hierapolis and Pamukkale, although a bit hard to find. The dining experience was a delight with food presented like art. The facilities were top-notch, offering a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The location was ideal for visiting Hierapolis & the Pamukkale travertines, but a bit hard to locate. The hotel was like a cruise ship on land, offering luxury rooms and professional English-speaking staff.
